The Value of the Boldin Subscription Business
andrew michael: If you manage to bold a good subscription business, it gives you a much stronger predictability in terms of knowing where your business is going. It helps you plan long term, because you know that there's a certain lifetime value. But one thing that i probably stay too long doing everything myself. I am a much happier and healthier person knowing that i have different aspects of my life,. And that if i want to perform at the highest level in all of them, i need to say no to a lot of things. That means that i ither don't do them at all, or i find some one to do them.
