The Future of AI

The singularity was envisioned by Ray Kurzweil decades ago. That's the point at which machines become as smart as us so that they can figure out and make themselves smarter than us. And it feels like it's reasonably on target, you know, seven years from now, AGI seems plausible. It kind of feels a little similar to where nobody was really expecting this.
