Most selling programes were assigned to satisfy management, not customer. If the process you are using cannot pass the first two hurdles of satisfying customers first, and salespeople second, it won't be effective for management. It doesn't matter how much i like a 750 pound harley davidson road king? It doesn't. The longer you spend with your customer to day, is this true or not true for you? And if you do sell him some and make money, the more likely they are to not be satisfied.
