I've always said, if you something twice, you should probably write some automation around ye. So for me, it's not, i disagree with the aproach, but i can understand why others do things differently based on the experience and what they have been exposed to. I hope that those folks that are manually testing would read your read your books. And especially people i knew in thei career. It's how to get to those people.
