i think we overglorify the rolls of cos and i'm guilty of doing myself by saying, toby luke or steve jobs. It takes a culture, not a person, and it takes a great team. If you want to get really good as an investment researcher, start getting really interestednt who the chief marketing officer of that company is. I've always said it's one third investing, one third business, one third life. And so it's all a piece. Everything's connected. It's all of a life.
