Sales Strategy - I Don't Sell, I Sell Without Selling

Raymond: My strategy is being a i don't sell. I sell without selling, right? So i get on a call with people, and i always start off with, tell me your problem. Then i formulate whether whether we can be the solution and how we would solve that problem. And so it's what i try to really instil on the sales call, rather than just trying to pitch somebody on we are good or why they should work with us.
