I noticed doing both endurance and strength training these days. I am way hungrier after a moderate to our ride than I am after a really hard to our gym session. There's definitely a, you know, in theory, like burning roughly the same amount of calories and needing to eat roughly the same. So, how about some rough macro guidelines?
