How to Structure Your Young Adult Ministry

Rochelle: How have you structured your young adult ministry like on an annual or like a monthly basis from leadership to gatherings yeah so we have one together night at the beginning of the month where we have all of our small groups together in our building. We do a service with some worship and some speaking and then after that we have an after-party Monday night we just did a silent disco. Rochelle: I think the answer is content and it is contagious community and it's cultivating both but talk about how you're creating both.
