I often challenge my students when they come to my classes, perhaps because i'm imn credibly dull an instructor. But i often challenge them to think about how often you come to class. And it is tough, because we may, if we break, we may have a 30 minutes session before they get a break. How ofoud you challenge yourself to think, either before or after, how focused was i for the whole time during that 30 minutes? In the paper, we even call this the lunch test.
