The Importance of Standing Still
Isaiah 35:6 says the lame shall leap like a deer and the tongue of the dumb shall sing. In Acts 14, Paul is healing with the grace of God by using same words that Isaiah is using in that chapter. So after the lame would be healed, what is he going to do? He's going to jump. And Elijah is telling choose one, don't stand on both because it's not possible.
