Anne and Margot Perished in April 1945
For a long time Otto Frank assumed that Anne and Margot are sister perished by the end of March. But based on more detailed reconstruction done by my colleagues from the Anne Frank House, I really have tried to reconstruct as closely as possible the moment of Anne's death. So it could be earlier than was assumed for a very long time. Yes, we know from witness accounts that they perished quite shortly after one another, first Margot then Anne, but we are not exactly sure how much time between. The next day or maybe was a couple of days within a week from each other, that's pretty likely.
