The Opposite of Forgiveness

The opposite of forgiveness is a grudge or a resentment. The more i fixate oni and i say that balloonis the enemy,. That balloon is the worst thing that's ever happened. I'm fixating on it, what it does is keep me in relationship to it. So i call forgiveness, the needle that knows how to mend. It's re purposing that thread that connected you to something hurtful and using it to start sewing up your little wounds. If we can't get it through love and positivity, we'll get it through negativety and abuse.
