The Cossack Myth in Ukraine
The constitution of pilip orlik is considered as cranias' first constitution. It was signed by the leader of the cossacks and his army in early eighteenth century. The agreement between the leader and i his army means that not only his army has obligations to him, but also he has obligations to ensure what it was called at that time, rights and freedoms.
