The Importance of Creating an Environment for Smart People to Succeed
I was paying myself like 50,000 or something like that just enough to pay rent. We had a $100,000 month Google ad campaign and everything was working at the company. So it was kind of a state of don't touch anything. And we don't know what's where our leads are coming from. This is this is my biggest mistake. I think oddly enough blowing up a Ferrari every month probably would have been a better marketing strategy than the one that I had. But in hindsight, you know, if they perform within the business and you create an environment for them to succeed, you see a substantial return on investment.
