At Yammer I always wanted executives to be sort of what is known as T shaped which is they have the ability to go deep in a particular area. And one of my favorite things to do as CEO of Yammer was when we finally got kind of the exec team in place the C level executive team we do a weekly meeting. It's like taking the Rubik's Cube out of my head putting it on the table and letting them fill out a few sides. When you see other people take it out and start to work it then you can start to make progress on it.
