I try to sort through that, I think morning pages, which are most famously from a book called The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron. And then if I'm feeling exceptionally under duress, and this is not to blame external factors, but if I feel like I am just unstable for some reason or having an acute stress response,. does that make sense? It makes no sense to me. So you can affect your mental state and biochemistry, neurochemistry, through exercise. Getting at least an hour or two of walking in per day has therapeutic value.
