Rishi Sunak's speech was business-like, it addressed the elephants in the room. He pointedly did not have his wife and children with him at Downing Street. The PM is trying to do exactly the thing that Boris Johnson tried to do when he took over from Theresa May - refresh and remold a governing party while in office.
