Introduction

This chapter discusses the different chemotherapy options, including platinum doublets and various combinations of platinum agents with other drugs, for the treatment of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. It also covers second and subsequent line treatments, such as pematrexid, docetaxil, bevacizumab, and nesetinab.
