Self Checkout and the Recession Story

I was really struck as well in the self checkout land. I had this great experience in Amazon and then in your regular supermarket, you have a terrible experience. In part, it's just the number of SKUs, the complexity of knowing what you buy. It's just complexity goes up in so many ways. And my instincts are that we're just reaching the limits in some basic ways limits in what people want to experience.
