The Human Element in Flow

Sean: I think the reason people like to do the things that you're talking about in flow is because they enjoy creating. They enjoy taking these requirements and building something and seeing it work. Same thing for me as a developer. It's never gotten creative for me. AI is completing a line for me, or at the most, maybe like three lines. That's productivity. But I don't feel like I'm losing that. You're going to lose people's motivation in your workforce. Maybe it will get to that point in the future, but it's not there yet.
