Keeping a regular training pragam is important. Missing a couple of weeks, or even a week or two, is not as bad as you think it's going to be. And keeping the intensity ov if you look at all the sports that we've discussed so far, probably pliesm an, i don't know how this upplies,. Or does it apply to archery or al the sports that don't necessarily have physiological i mean, i always wonder for sports like bowls, for instance, were keeping your eye and squash, the tennis all those sort of things. Just keeping your eye as important in terms ofu losing it.
