Do You Have Madme Take Away the Ton Offer to Our Listeners?

i was struck by jason's description of how supreme court politics works as a kind of diplomatic negotiation between the three branches. i suspect if they really go too far and do something that just the public absolutely won't tolerate, there will be a blowback that will kind of force the court to eventually. I'm probably a little more sympathetic to reform than jasonis, but i am, i'm i leave feeling like, ya, maybe there isn't that much that we can really do to make this better. And it's about as good as we can hope. Maybe it is better than we actually than the public, or at least then sort of pundits often say it is. Charles
