How to Promote a Book

I've never promoted a book before, so I don't totally know how to get it out. We sell them through Magdala. It's just remaining faithful and allowing the Lord to bring who he wants to bring. If something is successful, it should amass more and more numbers over time. And I just, that's an American thing.
