CLO Resets: A Global Phenomenon?
The anticipation is it's happening in the US and then it probably will happen in Europe about six months time. These CLO resets have what's called a non-call to protect bond investors. And so for the type of deal that makes sense to do a reset, you'll probably see them later in Europe. So no, there's still a ways to go and it might be a while before we get to the period where money is easy and credit condition is easy as it was before.
