I think it's absolutely true that DeSantis has had a bad week. This was bad, badly planned. But you learn from mistakes. Trump's lead over DeSantis and some polls has shrunk. Polls are pretty meaningless right now. And so if you're in the business of making straight line projections about the future from the current moment you're in, you're going to look wrong a lot later.
