What Happened to the World's Fair?

On july fourth, a bomb was planted in front of the british pavilion, killing two police officers. The culprits were never caught for this crime. Some believed it was the german american bund, which the profacist german nationalist group had rallied at madison square garden earlier that year. Others believe it might have been a a british spy trying to get America into the war. But to day there is a plaque in honor of the two police officers in the park.
