How Do You Grow With Disney Plus?

The future of disney plus is going to be based on luring new people through content that is more adult oriented. Warner media has put their chips behind h b o max, but how are they going to meld that with disny plus? Bob iger did not embrace his own, supposedly hand picked successor bob chapek. And i don't think that is something that helps disney after a year like this.
