Are There Institutional Fixes to Mental Health?
The pressure to produce is enormous. I wonder if in a similar way, as we talked about before, that there are, it's dangerous to ignore external sort of structural influences on mental health. If you can't tweak individuals to improve these outcomes and society isn't going to fix itself overnight, where does that leave you? And a few times I raised the point that there are institutional level fixes or potential fixes,. like think of those as halfway between fixing individuals and fixing society.
