Each one of them represents a way in which we have intervened. In each case, people are looking to assert a new evious form of intervention. So i think i say in the book, first you reverse the river, then you electrify it. And in each case that i look at something like that is going on, where we intervened, majorly decided we didn't care for the results, and now are looking to intervene again.
