Are India and Turkey a Major Factor in Indian Foreign Policy?

I don't see any major shift in foreign policy from India's perspective, visa with Turkey happening anytime soon. I have said this multiple times that Pakistan will eventually return to India. We would like to first see Pakistan, the Pakistani army to be removed as a factor from this region. The ideal situation is that without any warfare, without any violence, sin should be allowed to become free and the Pashtunistan region should maybe reunite with Afghanistan.
