Is the Reforms Too Little, Too Late?

A lot of the research that tam to be clear that those centuries of imperial rule included many instances of regime change, yes. But the transition in 19 11 was not to another imperial ruler. It was to a a proto liberala regime that struggled mightily and then ultimately was devolved into civil war. I think the chinese government is contemplating its own future. And i hope that the future involves taking into consideration the will of the people and providing to them a level of freedom and autonomy that it hasn't up to this point.
