This is a three book, surprise, surprise. But part one is system structure and behavior. And this is where she starts laying out some definitions of things. She uses some terms here that give me trouble throughout the rest of the book. It's not wrong, perse i just struggled with it because i have so many assumptions that jump around in my brain when you use these terms.
