Sean Murray: Mike, I know that most of the people who are going to listen to this episode probably know you as the guy who started barbell shrugged. That's how I first got to know you and what I've come to learn about you since first learning that Mike blood so existed is that I think what you bring to the fitness industry is a way of thinking that uniquely prepares coaches to deal with becoming the human that they need to be. He says he was not privy to predictable stages of development until around five or six years ago when he began looking at his own personal development. "I'm actually going through other stages than just my infantile stage"
