Can't Be Discharged?
Eric Jenson talks to a family who have been fighting for their daughter's release from hospital. The 17-year-old needs 24/7 care after having spinal surgery in april. She can be discharged, but she requires so much support that her parents are no longer able to do all the work. They're waiting for the national dissipity insurance geme to actually come to the table with a funding package which would allow her to be discharged. But that hasn't happened yet.
