How Do You Control the Success Number?
How do you balance knowing that, ok, this is what the success number looks like with knowing that it's unlikely to happen? So i havea question around that. There's a book called the four disciplines of execution. I don't remember who the authors were, but kal newport mentioned this in his book. The other thing is, if we wanted to sell 300, which is what we're aiming for, but we haven't until april. And that's its why i wonder about that. Ou nowit's like, you're pobly notgoing to sell all 300 in one week.
