Grave and Groove Aren't Related
Most of them have proto Indo European roots, which is probably why they're very similar across multiple proto Indo European languages. But grave as in the digging of a grave comes from a word grave to cut or scrape. And grave as in heavy comes from another word, which I cannot pronounce because it's got like a DH in it somewhere.
