User Research

A lot of designers are feeling the general consensus is that UX stuff is feeling a big squeeze and maybe the pendulum is starting to swing back a little bit. I'm excited about technology being able to allow us to achieve more of those goals of gathering good research data. A lot of that will be remote by nature and unmoderated by nature because we want that more real life experience. And so it empowers people who are not, you know, Susan who's a UX in person expert or anything like that.
