Google's Decision to Roll Back the Limit on Unlimited Storage
Users that were above this limit could no longer use their drive because they could not upload anything new. This affected everyone even paying customers that pay for extra storage. Google tried to justify the change saying that they wanted to prevent misuse of Google Drive. But it's another misstep because basically you're paying a company to provide you a service but they get to decide how you're supposed to use it.
