Go1.21: The Execution Tracer

A lot of times it is appropriate to not test your logs. You probably want one test to validate that the logging is correct. Because if you're not logging something important, that's kind of important to know about. Thanks to Go1.21 other than all the improvements in this design and the architecture,. The runtime overhead from running an execution tracer is a lot less impactful. So I think this is a really, really strong feature of Go1. 21.
