My father's a very intentional person. Everything he does has purpose and meaning behind it. And that also comes from being in a family business, of learning underneath his grandfather and learning. He wrote a whole manuel, this is my great grandfather of opening letters. If i'd just listened to him and like, open letters the way would been so much more efficient,.
