Is Virtual Reality a Simulation?

I think we live in a simulation that this is actually a software construct. I only believe I'm real, but there's somebody who created me and abits. And it might have been me. It's possible I created a virtual end life for myself after my organic body died. But here's the point. If we are a simulation, the simulation would not add equal detail everywhere. It would only put detail where you were looking, just like virtual reality. Once you learn that 100% of the programming obstacles for a virtual world are identical to the ones in your real world, that's the moment you'll know you're living in a simulation.
