The International Women's Day Challenge

IATA launched an initiative called 25 by 2025 back in 2019. They're striving for all signatories to have 25% of their jobs occupied by women. 22 airlines surveyed had no female executives at all. 11 airlines have only men sitting on their boards. IAG finally agreed to purchase the remaining 80% of their Europa.
