Flese: You always have to be careful when you make a cultural change that you don't create a culture of hypocrisy. And the thing that i did that actually worked pretty well, and which i definitely would recommend, is, you know, part of it is, people don't want to bring you bad news. So what that did was it just got us to kind of get really used to talking about problems,. Things that were broken, things that we were wrong about em. Then that kind of moved the culture to a point where, oh, guess what? Like, if we have bad news, like, that's great. That means we can the problem.
