Chronic Stress and Anxiety - What Are the Most Underestimated Effects of Chronic Stress?

A common thread I see with a lot of my clients is that they are chronically stressed, super anxious. One of the most underestimated effects of chronic stress is how it depletes our magnesium. Because magnesium is so calming and has such a calming effect on our body, when we don't have enough of it, stressful situations can feel way more intense. So this is a vicious cycle that makes these symptoms a whole lot worse if we're not intercepting and supplementing with magnesium and eating magnesium rich foods.
