The doctor suggested that she make a plan for telling Harvard and transitioning out of her job. John's comments was that she was glued to her blackberry almost out of compulsion. She seemed more defensive and quieter because she doesn't initiate conversations as much as she used to. So the doctor suggests that he gets some care, give her support.
