The business messaging business is fairly complex, right? So like it took more time than what might usually expect to get our agencies up to speed on all the things that there is to know in order to begin crafting content or coming to us with content ideas. There was a whole other set of criteria right with design guidelines and branding guidelines that we needed to stick to. We have to spend a lot of time on agency enablement. I feel like managing your vendors is a highly underrated skill.
