Her mam has been at this company for 18 years, and the majority of that time, she's had a very good experience. She continues to enjoy the colleagues that she works with. So it seems as though there's only one person at this company whose behaviour is driving this dilemma. But absent that one person, all the conditions otherwise are in place for her mam to enjoy this work. In other words, i think this might be salvageable.
