faculty of color are coming from different class backgrounds, that that they have student loans. They have the series of financial hurdles that don't make it easy for them to cultivate a living. University coaches get paid millions of dollars, and an faculty of color get paid pennies on the dollar. That's how you retain faculty. There's te that has has to change.
