The Importance of Preparing for Recessions

When COVID hit and everything, everyone was out of standstill. People are like, what's going on? The sky is falling. And that hit the real estate market hard in the beginning. But then people are like, wait, no, like it's time to go. You know, stuff was sitting in again. I speak from firsthand experience of being a listing agent trying to sell a beautiful home that now sells double in value, but at the time wouldn't move because everyone was so apprehensive. 2020 is when I personally made my first purchase. That was one of those homes where literally within a year or some change, it almost doubled in equity.
