i think it would have been wholly appropriate much earlier to help the ucranians, who do have agency over the situation. And then also to augment our own deterrent military capabilities in places like bulgaria and romania generally. Because i think it's quite clear that russia wants to turn the black sea into into russian lake. So i think that what we need is a holistic approach to rRussian aggression. In puten's playbook.
